Whichever role you choose, your Royal Navy career begins with an apprenticeship. Like all of our training, it’s fully funded by us, so you don’t need to worry about tuition fees. We’ll also pay you whilst you learn.

From engineering on nuclear submarines to events management within hospitality, you’ll get stuck in and be hands-on from the moment you start, learning everything there is to know about your role. As one of the UK’s largest training organisations, our apprenticeship schemes give you all the skills and experience you need, and if you want to continue training right up to Degree level, we’re with you every step of the way.
