Sub-aqua diving

Tackle fears, take-on anxiety and get up close and personal with the stunning underwater world with Adventurous Training sub-aqua diving.

Venture into Sub-Aqua Diving

From settings throughout the UK and around its dynamic coast, to the warmer climes of the Red Sea or Andaman Sea, sub-aqua diving offers an incredible glimpse at the vast and colourful diversity of underwater ecosystems, flora, fauna and reefs.

Diving beneath the surface can also tackle fear and anxiety in a controlled but potentially hazardous setting. Demanding constant focus and awareness, judging direction and even maintaining an even depth are challenges you will overcome beneath the waves.

Taking four to five days of training, the first level of Ocean Diver qualifies you to dive to 20m. From there, the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) system of diving qualifications are achievable at a wide variety of locations including: the Joint Service Sub Aqua Diving Centre (JSSADC) in Plymouth, the Joint Service Adventurous Training Wing (Cyprus) and at military branches of the BSAC.
