angling

Whether you’re a novice angler or have years of experience, there are matches, training camps and coaching days to suit your level.

Royal Navy Angling

Angling with the Royal Navy gives you access to four different sections of the sport: Game, Sea, Coarse and Carp, with each section having experienced members to support you. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet serving personnel from across the RN and Royal Fleet Auxiliary, as well as veterans and MOD civilians.

If you're keen to compete, you can test yourself throughout the year with our comprehensive schedule of fixtures and events. They range from Inter-Service trout fishing matches in Rutland, to cod hunts on Chesil Beach, culminating in individual and team championships.
